Product availability and pricing applies to customers in the U.S.A. ONLY. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD$). We do not ship to customers outside of the U.S.A. For our customers in other countries please refer to the our foreign dealers.
Shopping Assistance
A good place to start is by picking a product category, such as Soft Plastics. A list of all available products in that category will be displayed. To view a product, click on the underlined (linked) product name. The page for that product will load, with a photograph, a text description, item pricing, quantity per package and a link to a RealAudio description (requires a RealPlayer). In the middle of the page is the purchasing options: typically a quantity, available colors and sizes. The color codes (a three-digit number) refer to the color swatches at the bottom of the page. To purchase an item first enter the quantity you wish to purchase (note that this is per package), choose your color option and size and press the 'BUY' button.
Your "Tackle Box" Contents
A page will load displaying the items you've currently selected, sometimes referred to as a 'shopping cart' - we prefer to call it your 'tackle box.' This is the place to make any changes to any item you have selected and to double-check that you're getting the correct products. If you do make a change you must click on the 'Recalculate' button in order for the changes to be finalized. To buy more of the previous product in a different color or size click the 'Previous' button to return to where you left off. When you are done shopping click on the 'Check Out' button to begin the final step of placing an order.

So we can serve you best, please fill out the form completely. We ask for your email address because it is the quickest, most effecient means of contacting our customers. If for some reason you don't have an email address it is okay to make one up. Really. Just be sure to answer 'No' to the question 'Would you like to receive news and special offers via email?'
We periodically send out an e-newsletter to our customers who have expressed interest in receiving news and sale information from us. We respect your privacy and will NEVER share any of your personal information EVER.
Credit Card Orders
You may pay with a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, or American Express credit card via our secure server.
Fax Orders
To place your order via fax, print your checkout page and fax it to us at 928-645-2588. Don't forget to include your credit card number, expiration date and your signature.
Telephone Orders
To place your order via telephone, call us toll free 800-645-2248. Our telephone business hours are Mon-Sun 7:00am-6:00pm.

Please be sure to include your credit card number, expiration date and your signature, or your personal check or money order. Check orders are shipped when check clears, as verified by TeleCheck.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Please enter your Gift Certificate's serial number in the 'Comments' field of the checkout form. Please note that credit for the difference between the Certificate's denomination and the TOTAL (inc. taxes and shipping) will not be given. If your order total is greated than the Gift Certificate's value please include payment of the difference.
Shipping & Handling
We offer UPS Ground to customers in the U.S.A. only, these orders usually SHIP within one or two business days. We also offer UPS express shipping (Three Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air) from Page, Arizona 86040. Express orders received before 10am Arizona (MST) during business days (Mon-Fri) are usually shipped the same day. UPS time in transit is based on business days. Example: A Second Day Air order placed after 10am Wednesday may not arrive until Monday. Click here for more detailed shipping information.
